You order products on my website by adding them in the shopping basket and then proceed to checkout where you can review them and change if needed.
You can choose to process your payment through either secured payment system or PayPal. I accept all major credit/debit cards.
1) UK shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 days after receiving the payment (my standard shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday), unless I am on a business trip or holiday. I ship parcels in large letter size and small parcels via Royal Mail 2nd class, bigger orders and all parcels over 2kg are shipped using UPS courier. Postage is calculated based on ordering value. So far the shipping is calculated only within UK and Ireland. If you prefer me to ship it other way please get in touch.
Cost of shipping depends on the weight of the parcel which were recalculated to order value and are set up as follows:
- up to £6 - £1.5
- £6-£12- £2.00
- £12 - £20 - £3.30
- £20-75 - £4.00
- £75-130 - £8.00
- over £130 - £10.00
I ship within following European countries (France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium. Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Slovenia).
The shipping costs are following.
- up to £15 - £5.00
- £15-35 - £7.00
- £15-£55 - £12.00
- £55-£80 - £14.00
- £80-£100 - £16.00
- over £100 - £25
Parcels up to 2 kg are shipped by Royal Mail services international standard. Parcels with weight over 2 kg are shipped by courier company or if multiples fabrics and quantities are shipped might be split into 2 parcels.
As the shipping costs abroad varies a lot depending each 100g it is harder to set up an exact postage, therefore, if you pay more then it costs + packaging costs I will refund you any overcharged. On the other hand if the postage will costs more by £3 I will get in touch to discuss shipping options.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please, contact me within 7 days from delivery. I accept returns or exchanges which are confirmed and products are shipped in original package, unused and uncut to pieces. Please note that if return or exchange ordered other than standard size cut are subject of agreement and depending on what cut was purchased.
